Nearly bid on a blast chiller at an auction, but fortunately thought to look up the weight in advance - 783lbs. WTF? Where's all the weight? Is the larger compressor really that heavy?
I figure I could take the door off, but I don't know what other bits might be safely removed. Any thoughts? New, these beasties are $27000, and the current bid is $21, so I'm thinking it's worth considering :)
