fridge transported on side, now poor cooling

I bought a 2 year old Frigidaire side by side recently. Alas, I made the mistake of transporting it on its side since my box truck was too short to stand it up. Looking at the front, it was laid down on the left side, which is the side with the condenser and evap coils. Oops.

I had read that this ok if you give it enough time upright to recover. Wrong.

I've seen the freezer side get to 29 once, but it generally only gets to about 48. To rule out the start cap/relay and tstat circuitry, I directly wired in a 3in1 start cap/relay and have that on its own plug. So- the compressor is running 24/7 for testing. The condenser fan and evap fans seem to be running constantly as well.

Still, it only gets down to 48. Next, I installed a Bullet piercing valve and a guage. The pressure looked good- 4-5 psi.

So my guess is that I got oil into a capillary tube. I have tried "burping" it by laying it back down and then gradually tilting it back up in about 3 steps - giving it a few hours at each angle (30 degrees, 45 degrees, 60 degrees, 90 degrees). No improvement.

I don't have a setup for evacuating the system and clearing out the coils.

I'm about to give up on this thing and eat the $250 I paid for it. It is a shame because it is in very nice shape otherwise.
