Evaporator capacity - how do the different refrigerants compare?

G'day,

What are the pro tips for sizing a condensing unit to an evaporator, if the evaporator capacity is measured in a different refrigerant?

For example, if I have an evaporator with a capacity of 5000W @ -5C with a 6KTD on R22, how do I de-rate or up-rate that to suit another refrigerant like R134a or R404A?
