So I've been using a wine fridge to age cheese in. I use a humidifier to keep the humidity super high (around 85-90%). With humidity that high, the cooling coils get frozen and frosted over, even though the thermostat is set well above freezing (around 55). Is there a way to mod the cooling system so that the coils never get to freezing temps?
One idea i have (and i don't know how i'd do this) is to try to reduce the pressure in the system. would that have the desired effect if i could do that successfully?
