Assist on a new fridge best style. Ice / water very important. Has no frost gotten better?

We are looking to get a new fridge / freezer combo unit.

I do not see a FAQ on the side so I was wondering if you have any suggestions on the style and what I should be looking for.

We really want a great performing ice / water on the door. I don't need crushed, but a good flow would rule. It seems these are only on the french door models. If the freezer is on the bottom how is that ice thing working?

I just hope you might have some suggestions to lead me in the right direction.

My current no frost is melting my popsicles and deforming frozen pizzas.
