I have a walk in cooler at my store that’s about 23 feet by 12 feet wide and we have had some moisture in the fridge causing some mold on some of the beer bottles

I have cleaned and flushed all the lines but the moisture is think in the fridge is there anything I can do to dehumidify the fridge ?
