Is my Hotpoint fridge missing the evaporated fan? Bought off of Craigslist 4 years ago for $250 cash delivered. Beer wasn’t cold so I google common problems which said to check the evaporator fan. I opened it up, broke up ice build up and saw no fan! Was I ripped off?
