I have a Samsung RS2630SH, about 13 years old. Ran fine until recently, when it's stopped cooling. I've checked all the low-lying fruit -- no frozen coils, compressor runs and seems to have the right Ohms on the contacts, etc. I've heard it's rare to suddenly lose refrigerant, but that's what I'm wondering now.
If the compressor runs, but I don't get cooling, does that pretty much confirm a leak?
Most companies here won't even look at a Samsung. I've got an appt for Thursday for a diagnosis, but I'm looking for any additional thoughts before then.
