Model number: DCH-270BAH.
Its a aguar and bin style unit, it makes small cubes.
We corrected a water supply issue, voltage is correct, unit runs fine in our shop. We stress tested it several times and have no been able to recreate the problem. The unit freezes and trips the gear motor every second or third morning, always around 8am.
We're leaning towards some sort of user error, I found the unit with the side cover off and the toggle switch is flush mode once, I've found the unit turned off several times etc.
What could they be doing to cause it to freeze up? I need to replicate this issue in my shop so I can show them.
