I have a plate that stays chilled at -3 to 1 degree Fahrenheit. I put frozen food on the plate with a plaster cover on it, but it did not work. The temperature under the cover stayed at 40F but I need everything to stay frozen. Any ideas how I can utilize the cold plate to create a contained system with an ambient temperate around 0??
