Not sure if this is the right sub but I hope someone can help me! We have a fridge/freezer which we bought second hand. Double door fridge on top, freezer with drawers on the bottom. The freezer wasn’t working and our refrigerator mechanic said it had a leak and fixed it and regassed it. Since then it has worked well. Freezer freezes everything solid, except ice cream! I asked our mechanic and he said he’d never heard of this. Thought maybe the leak was back but couldn’t explain why everything else froze solid. Any ideas?
I’m not keen to pay for another fix so if we can’t solve it we’ll buy another one.
