building an slightly oddball evap cooler, wondering if this would work.

so i need to cool my garage, not much but i live in arizona and keep servers in my garage. so i need it to not go above 100 in the garage. I was told to get a evap cooler but it would hugely increase the humidity in the garage which is a no no for the servers. So.... heres what I'm thinking

i build a box with the evap filter medium, a radiator, 2 fans, and a pump.

the filter medium, pump, and fan 1 would be outside the garage. the pump would drizzle a good amount of water through the evap filter, and some of it would drip below, since the hottest water should evaporate first im guessing this should cool the water, which then goes inside to the radiator and fan 2, then re-enters the loop.

does this actually work or is the air alone cooled by the evaporation?
