Twice this week I have changed a Danfoss compressor. Both times the start components were bad out of the box. The first time, the start didn't drop out and was tripping the overload. The 2nd time there was a break in the start relay coil. Both times I put on a supco hard start kit.
Maybe danfoss and supco are in cahoots together?
Frustrating to spend 4 hours changing compressor just to spend another 45 minutes diagnosing why the fucker won't start.
TLDR Don't trust Danfoss start components.
