My wife manages a restaurant with walk in cooler and freezer. You have to walk into the cooler then into the freezer. They have had people out and they say it's working fine. The problem is it never shuts off it's set to shut off at zero Fahrenheit. It will run till in the negative 20s. It will get so cold some of the roof piping will be iced over at 100 degrees in the summer. Plus the unit will get covered in ice inside the freezer. We have decided by hand then moved all the product away from the walls. Yet in a day or so its frozen again. It has a defrost unit and it doesnt seem to kick on but it very well might because the unit never kicks off.
