Both to reduce energy use and noise, I'm trying to figure out ways to increase time between compressor cycles. I've heard that a 3/4 full fridge is optimal. Mine is currently 1/5 capacity at most. Would increasing it up to 3/4 help with this, along with limiting the number of times I open the fridge/freezer?
