Did I do this calculation right? On reefer power consumptions with custom AC unit.

My plan is to buy a reefer and remodel it for growing plants that's natural to cold climates.

Now, according to a spec, "Total Heat Leakage Rate (U) (with refrigeration unit) The total heat loss of the container is approximately 45 Kcal/hr. °C at mean insulation wall temperature of 10 °C. "

Does this mean that if I keep the difference between the internal temp and the external temp at 10 °C, then the heat loss is 450 kcal/hr = 0.5 kW. And for an AC unit that has an EER rating of 4, the actual power consumption is just 0.5kW/4 = 125W ?
