Hi guys-
Looking for suggestions here... I have a fridge in a restaurant that recently after 1.5 years started creating so much condensation, the evap tray underneath has started overflowing. I tried changing gaskets and cleaning coils, but it just won't stop. What could cause this after so much time of normal functioning?
Appreciate anything you all have for me. The first fridge guy i called said there's nothing to do but install a heated test or just add an extension tube to a drain, which doesn't seem right.
