I’m working on a small walk in cooler. 404A with discharge 190psi and suction at around 4 psi. No TD across filter drier or liquid solenoid. Full column of liquid at the sight glass but appears mostly stagnant. Pulled txv stainer and it was spotless so I’m doubtful the body is fouled. No response when adjusting the stem on txv. Could a power head losing charge cause such a starved coil it mimics a restriction?
