under counter fridge/freezer

under counter fridge/freezer

Let me know if I'm in the wrong place, but thought someone here might be able to help! I have a new-to-me food trailer that I'm working on (starting a mobile coffee business) and I'm having some issues with the under counter fridge/freezer. It's getting power, the condenser fan is working and I have it turned up to max cooling. At this point it's been on for about 18 hours and doesn't really seem like it's cooling. I've been reading about refrigeration in general and it seems like most is forced air through vents, but the interior of this fridge/freezer has no vents- can someone tell me a little more about how this type of unit works, and what I might be missing? Any info helps. Pictures attached- thanks for reading!!
