Residential 4 ton guardian 407c condenser was changed out. Existing evaporator coil left in place, low side, and all pressures and temps except high side seemed fine. Charge said to be at 240, it was about 310. House won’t get below 75 and runs all day, previous tech has appears to fill the system with green dye looking for a leak…
Could this be a liquid line restriction? Temps across filter drier seemed normal- TIA
