I have a ~11 year old Kenmore side-by-side fridge/freezer. It keeps turning itself off. When I look at the system status on the touch screen interface the "Temperature Control" icon shows the status as off. In order to manually execute this, you have to hold two buttons at the same time so it is not easy to do on accident. I can hold the buttons and "restart" the fridge, but then it seems to turn itself off at some point. The fridge does not appear to be completely turning off (e.g. the display, time and date etc.) seem to be normal. I was not able to easily pull the fridge from the cabinet, so I did a hard reset at the circuit breaker. Any ideas on how to find the source this failure and possibly fix it?
