What refrigerants are going to replace R410a in the US Resi/Light Commercial Market?

Hey all, question for the folks who are in the know about heat pump tech. I'm starting to see R32 and R290 A2W systems outside the US but here it looks like everything for resi and light commercial seems overwhelmingly R410a, and not much else. Isn't 410a supposed to get phased out in a few years?

What's on deck to replace it? I'm trying to spec out a boiler replacement, and 410a doesn't reach high enough temperatures. I'm hoping maybe a new working fluid on the horizon will be better?
