SC hot call. Found contactor not passing power (common on some of these from points wear). Didn’t see any screws holding the roof on the “Club Insect” building so I thought it was some fancy China model that had an epoxied cover to save 0.0000001 per hundred in manufacturing costs. Simple RnR on that thing. After I was at the next call I saw the cover clips, popped it open to find a coupe of poor old Germans that had a “Final Destination” type of end to their lives. The darker one was on the L1/ 120v. I’ve always wondered what’s going through their minds when they’ve managed to get into these situations??
