So please excuse my ignorance, prior to my current job my backround was in resi and marine. Today I was looking at a walk-in beer cooler in my building and noticed that on the out-going side of the condenser line (building is on a cooling tower glycol loop) there was what appeared to be a solenoid, on top was a screw for adjustments with an arrow pointing right and below the arrow it said "higher". I don't recall seeing this on any of the WSHP's in the building, what is it's purpose? It was made by JCI if that helps. Thanks.
