So I've had a couple cases which have been giving me issues all hussmann RLN frozen reach-in cases that ice up either behind the coil or behind the fans building up until the fans get stuck. Coil itself is completely clear. I've Checked filter dryers, superheat and made sure these cases are running in defrost and hitting termination temp. Fans are running honeycomb are clean. Anybody had this issue and how did you go about fixing it. FYI I'm not able to change any defrost settings at these particular stores.
