Fridge not cooling

Hey guys, my fridge isn’t cooling or freezing well, it sometimes sounds like it’s overworking too, I did some research and read that the coils could be dirty and blocked, I’ve had a look behind my fridge and noticed that it’s different to the ones that were used as the examples so im pretty stuck on what to do.
