I have an undercounter True TUC27F with drawers which works as intended. I want the freezer to be closer to -15 celcius and at the moment it is -20. We only use it for ice cream and it's a bit too hard to scoop at the moment.
These newer True freezers don't have a temperature control like the older style. But there's got to be a way right? I checked all the manuals I could find online but am not getting any wiser.
The freezer is only used on the line and is not used to store anything for longer than the shift itself in case anyone is concerned about food safety.
