I have GE double door refrigerator - problem with freezing or cooling

Few days ago - combo AFCI+GFCI breaker tripped - solution was to replace GFCI outlet to normal outlet so now that combo breaker does not trip but suddenly it stopped cooling

Here is what I just did ..

I removed all dirt from condenser and I touched compressor ...its not very cold but it is cold. but when I check under freezer section just around ice tray ..that air coming in there is not cold ...does it give any hint?

I am not sure if that tripping problem caused something ...but what is the solution?
