SYO series 400 lb air cooled. I have tried everything, and it only still makes 3-5 batches of Ice then runs low on water and the ice never gets thick enough to trigger a harvest.
I installed a New Ice probe and new water probe, replaced the board with a working spare. I only made one change at a time and keep getting the same results every-time.
* The unit was deep cleaned 3 weeks before it quit.
Switching to clean for a minute and back to ice, and I get my 3-5 batches of ice and then the pump just sucks air. The cleaning cycles run perfectly.
