Hi all, I need to build 2 walk ins on a shoestring, one at ~1C for fresh meat and one at ~10C for curing meat. They will be inside a brick building with access through the brick walls for the chiller units.
I have been offered as job lot of rockwool filled panels that previously formed temp controlled rooms in a large commercial bakery. They were removed none too carefully after the bakery shut down. I plan to build the rooms myself then get someone in to fit the chillers. What do I need to know/look out for? I am in construction but have no experience of these insulated panels.
