We have this cold prep table at our restaurant and sometimes it's really cold and other times it gets to around 45 degrees. We only keep vegetables inside so it's not a huge deal. I am pretty sure I understand the cut in, cut out, and differential.
Cut in is essentially when the unit turns on, and cut out is when it turns off. The differential is just the difference between the two. I just don't know what each side represents. Any ideas?'
