I work at a restaurant and someone left the freezer open last night. It's a hoshizaki 2 door stand up freezer. I let it defrost for a few hours then unplugged it and left the doors open. I plugged it back in 2 hours ago and it's only at 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Any ideas on what I should do next?
