So, hoping I didn't fuck up here (or at least too badly).
Bought a used fridge last night and hooked it up shortly after bringing it in. It ran for about 24hrs and doesn't seem to have cooled at all. It was delivered to me but I have no way of knowing how it was stored in their vehicle prior to getting to me. It's my understanding that anything other than upright for fridges = no bueno so I'm hoping it wasn't on its side and then me turning it on damaged it in some way.
It seems to run or at least do something while plugged in, nothing to cause alarm anyway. Definitely not getting cold at all though, are they any checks I can do on it to confirm if the compressor is damaged or anything else that may no longer be functioning?
