Hey all! So i just got offered a union job for refrigeration. This is a service position and requires me to drive a company van. I have 2 tickets on my record. One which is minor, and one major. The major one is driving without insurance (im from Canada, this is a serious ticket over here). I made some stupid mistakes about a year and a half ago. Im just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of if this will impact my job offer? Some say the union pays for it, but im not sure. I want to know if the union will deny you if your record is too poor. Thanks
