Thanks all for your help on this.
In the morning it seemed cold as normal, by afternoon everything was room temperature inside. Light was still working though so I know it didn’t get unplugged accidentally. I unplugged it for a few minutes and started it up again, within a few hours it seemed normal. Is it on its way out? Should landlord have someone check it out? Or is this something that just happens from time to time.
I’m a renter and the fridge is probably at least 5 years old, and definitely nothing fancy.
