I know nothing about refrigeration but the fridge part wasn't staying cool. I noticed there was a ton of ice build up on the vents so I turned the fridge off to try and get it to melt, but I think the whole vent system is blocked as I can feel no air coming through when on. I tried to remove the back panel and it wont come off for the life of me. The manual says there are only 6 screws to take off. Is there something I am missing? Or is there so much ice that its holding the panel on there? Also how long can I keep the freezer section off lmao.
