Holy Crap, Double check your orifices! freaking supply house gave me 4x pieces 0X and 2X pieces 00 which basically meant that my system was totally unbalanced causing the middle plates to freeze really fast while starving the rest.
I feel stupid, but really happy at the same time that this might just work.
I cant get this freezer working until the supply house opens, but damn, i think this was the entire problem.
