Hey guys, I’m a new tech. Just graduated trade school and interviewed with an industrial Refrigeration company, small company and they only have 3 guys. So they mentioned to me I get half medical paid for which isn’t bad but no vision and dental. But the dealbreaker for me was when they said I’d have to service the service truck on my time and it comes out of pocket… ummmm is that common? I would assume if it’s a company truck it would get serviced on company time and company finances right? Lmk what you guys think
