Need advice from the cool guys I’m working for a union hvac/r company doing grocery stores throughout NorCal and I love the job so far. I’m not a apprentice yet but when they choose to put me through it I’ll be on call and I’m really nervous at the thought of it. Do those nerves go away? I’m imagining once I see a lot of different issues and learn how to handle it I won’t care about being on call at all but right now the thought of just showing up to things and not being able to know what’s going on on the inside really frightens me. Does everyone feel like this when they’re starting or am I just overly anxious
