Charging a walk in with no data tag

I’m replacing a compressor on a system that uses m099. There is no weight charge on the unit. I’m thinking weighing refrigerant coming out and adding the same amount. Any other ways to do it? Today is 40 degrees and I believe the system has fan cycle controls. There is 3 evaporators in this box and this unit controls 2. There should be a sight glass on the system. Thanks! Walk in cooler
