I did resi hvac for a year with some ac installs and then went to school to get my tickets. Im half way through and have my g3 (a kind of restricted gas licence here in Ontario). I stumbled across a small company that does industreal and i applied without expecting anything... But they gave me the job pretty eagerly. They where looking for a young fit guy to do grunt work and learn and eventually take over the company (again really small close knit company). What do i need to know? Should i stick with my school and get my full gas licence or drop out and roll with this place?
