EDIT: I found the silly solution. Needed to change batteries on the controller. I have no idea how the SAME button works for the 4 first options, but not heat with low battery x) This might be useful for somebody else, so leaving it here.
Hi, Is there anyone out there that can help me?
I have 5 different options on my AC - "Feel" - "Cool" - "Dry" - "Fan" - "Heat". It have worked fine for 3 years, but I didn't test the heat mode after I had a leakage and service (3 months ago).
The remote controller skips the "Heat" option. There is no manual buttons on the AC itself as far as I can see. Do you think something is turned off inside of the AC (I can't see any buttons)? The 4 other options on the remote controller is working fine, with no problems.
Even if there was something wrong with the AC, the remote controller shouldn't just skip "Heat", I should still be able to turn it on right?
